For more than 60 years, our Association has provided leadership and support to colleges and employers across the country, enabling our members to develop world-class organizations, create competitive advantages for their key stakeholders, and provide innovative solutions that drive organizational change. Whether you seek an opportunity to benchmark best practices, create new industry partnerships, or expand your network for personal career advancement, our more than 700 members share your interest.

Additionally, we host 2 major conferences annually, our Annual Membership Conference and our Recruiting Trends Conference. Both have proven to be unmatched, providing unique insight and information, as well as opportunities for our members to share their expertise and gain new knowledge and resources. These events consistently deliver outstanding value and benefits, which include employer site visits, programming tracks specific to member interests, discussion forums, and the latest information on recruiting trends and student placement.

Most importantly, I want to extend an invitation to you to get involved and be part of our commitment to excellence. Our Leadership Committees, Conference Planning Committees, and Executive Board seek individuals who share a passion for our profession and want to contribute to the dynamic needs of our membership.
