Experience this panel approach to a year in the life of a company recruiting students, a student being recruited and eventually hired, the activities and events that they experienced on campus and the career center they worked through to make it happen. Target and the University of Iowa’s Pomerantz Career Center have been working together for several years to identify the most effective opportunities to connect with students that have the potential to be a good fit for internships and careers with Target. This session will take you through many of those activities and how they were perceived by each different panelist. You will hear about Career Fairs, Interviews on and off campus, Sponsorships, Classroom Participation and interactions with various parts of the Career Center and University.
