This presentation focuses on new and innovative strategies employers are using to better leverage resources and target student talent on campus. Through a hands-on simulation, this workshop will be centered on using innovation tools to develop engaging learning modules that will open new doors to key student groups, diversity organizations, and other target populations and create unique opportunities for employer branding and talent sourcing. Discussion will also focus on rethinking “one size fits all” recruiting approaches and reducing cost-per-hire expenses while achieving employer branding and recruiting objectives.
