In the present economic times, colleges and universities are faced with an increase in returning adults and alumni in career transition.

DePaul Univ. has successfully created programming for the career transitioner in order to serve this increasing segment of their clients. The facilitator will focus on the background information that led to the creation of two major successful programs and include a description of the Career Changer Forum and the Career Transitioner Work Team. During this seminar you will also get an overview of other delivery, marketing and collaboration methods available to you. The seminar gives examples of additional successful programming ideas geared at the career transitioner such as Career Week, Teleconference workshops, and advanced level workshops.
