2025 Annual Conference Committee

Mission:

The Conference Planning Committee serves the association and supports Midwest ACE as it pursues its mission. Together with Midwest ACE headquarters team, the committee is charged with planning and implementing a high-quality program that focuses on providing attendees the opportunity for professional development, networking and benchmarking. The Conference Planning Committee also plays a critical role by providing the opportunity for members to “get involved” in the conference.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Identify and select all workshop and educational session contents/programming and soliciting speakers.
• Assist headquarters in implementing conference marketing strategies.
• Provide updates for the Annual Conference webpage and work with headquarters to make sure the webpage features and communicates conference details and local information.
• Plan and coordinate banquets, receptions, and other social events in coordination with the Entertainment and Transportation Committees.
