Join the Midwest ACE Mentorship Program

The mentorship program is designed to be an informal collaboration where newer professionals in the field have contact with a mid-level or executive professional for support and career guidance. Ultimately, the mentorship program creates opportunities for equal partnership, two-way learning, skills development, open dialogue, and networking.

Mentors and mentees are matched based on survey results regarding experience level, shared background, and goals. Mentors and mentees are encouraged to schedule at least one contact per semester (August-December/January-May). Contact is determined by each mentor-mentee pair and is substantive quality (e.g. phone call, skype, etc.).
