Join your colleagues on a Professional Exchange Employer Site Visit, which will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. These site visits are $30.00 each. Transportation (if needed) and tour fees are included in the site visit registration costs.
Advance registration is required and spaces are limited!
Attendees may register for and attend a morning and an afternoon site visit if desired. All participants are required to show a valid photo ID at the employer's location.
Lunch will not be provided during the site visits. Please plan accordingly.
Participants will meet in the hotel lobby at 9:00 AM to board shuttle (included in registration). The tour takes place from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and then you will be transported back to the hotel.
Harley’s team of professionals in product development, digital office, and manufacturing will present available positions and hiring needs with a walking tour of the site to follow. Closed toe shoes are required and Proper Protective Equipment (steel-toe shoes/caps, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs) will be provided. Participants must have ability to move through a walking tour. No use of cell phones or photography is permitted.

The Water Plants Manager will provide a brief tour of the Linnwood Water Treatment Plant pump room and filter bed floor. Water Quality Manager Michelle Natarajan will provide a brief tour of the lab. Engineer in Charge Karl Rohrbach will provide a brief presentation on the work of the engineering section.
Participants will learn the roles and responsibilities of personnel in the Plants, Water Quality, and Engineering sections, including what kinds of education and experience are required for various positions in these sections.

Engineering: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering. Technician positions – Desirable qualifications – related coursework and/or Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology.
