Professional Exchange Site Visits

Join your colleagues on a Professional Exchange Employer Site Visit, which will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. These site visits are $30.00 each. Transportation (if needed) and tour fees are included in the site visit registration costs.

Advance registration is required and spaces are limited! All participants are required to show a valid photo ID at the employer's location. 

Lunch will not be provided during the site visits. Please plan accordingly.

Site Visit Time: 12:00 - 3:00 PM

Attendees will meet in the lobby between 12-12:30 pm. It is encouraged that attendees walk together as a group. The group will leave together promptly at 12:30pm. ID is required.

The Cincinnati Reds are a Major League Baseball (MLB) team based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and are a member of the National League Central division. Established in 1882, they are one of the oldest MLB teams, with a history rooted in the Cincinnati Red Stockings, the first professional baseball team. The Reds have five World Series championships (1919, 1940, 1975, 1976, and 1990), including a dominant era in the 1970s known as the "Big Red Machine."

Cincinnati Children's

Site Visit Time: 12:00 - 3:00 PM
Limited to the first 25 registrants.

Attendees will meet in the hotel lobby between 12-12-15pm to board the shuttle. The Shuttle will depart promptly at 12:30pm. The on-site visit will be from 1-3pm. A shuttle will be provided to transport attendees back to the hotel at 3pm. Bring Identification. A visitor sticker will be provided.

Limited to the first 20 registrants.

Attendees will meet in the lobby between 12-12:30 pm. It is encouraged that attendees walk together as a group. The group will leave together promptly at 12:40pm. The visit will begin promptly at 1pm. Visitors will be required to show a government issued photo ID to check in and will need to be escorted by a P&G representative at all times until offsite.
