All cancellation requests must be made in writing (an email with signature line will suffice) to [email protected]. An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received by June 12, 2019. Registrants may substitute another representative from the same organization by emailing the request to [email protected]. (Please include all contact information for the new attendee).

If a written cancellation request is not received by June 12, 2019, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

After June 12, 2019, no refunds will be granted unless the registrant is able to provide a justified reason for cancellation in writing, in which case the funds will be used as a credit towards the 2020 Midwest ACE Annual Conference. Each case will be reviewed by the Midwest ACE Executive Board or President to determine if the reason for cancellation is justified.
